Refund & Return Policy

At GlowKit Hair Accessories, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

The item is unused and in its original condition

All original packaging, tags, and labels are intact

The item is not listed under our non-returnable category below
Items that appear used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Hair ties, scrunchies, and elastic bands — for hygiene reasons

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page

Gift cards
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@glowkit.ca with:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for the return
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Do not send items back without receiving return authorization from us first. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item

We recommend using a tracked shipping method — GlowKit is not responsible for lost return packages

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved:

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear
If your return is not approved, we will contact you with the reason.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order once your refund is approved.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@glowkit.ca within 7 days of delivery with:

A clear photo of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After that window, orders may already be processed for fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. Please email info@glowkit.ca as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
