Shipping Policy

We know you're excited to receive your GlowKit order. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship and what to expect after you place your order.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Canada — all provinces and territories

  • United States — all 50 states

We do not currently offer international shipping outside of Canada and the US.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • During high-volume periods such as sales or promotions, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Your total delivery window begins after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

3. Shipping Times

Canada

  • Standard Shipping — 5 to 10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping — 2 to 5 business days (where available)

United States

  • Standard Shipping — 7 to 14 business days

  • Expedited Shipping — 3 to 7 business days (where available)

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high volumes, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — subscribe to our email list to stay updated.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly on the carrier's website or through our Track My Order page.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped within Canada are subject to applicable provincial and federal taxes

  • Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival

  • Any customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer — GlowKit does not collect or reimburse these charges

  • GlowKit is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

  • Check your tracking number for the latest update

  • Confirm your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout

  • Contact your local post office or carrier directly

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at info@glowkit.ca and we will work with you to find a resolution.

8. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. GlowKit is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at info@glowkit.ca within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to make the correction before the order ships.

9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and items and contact us at info@glowkit.ca within 7 days of delivery. We will review and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
